I definitely bought this game based on the cover! (And because it was on sale) but it does not disappoint!

OVERVIEW

in Planet, each player creates a world using magnetic tiles that have various habitats on them. The goal for all players by the third round is to have a habitable planet for a given animal. Future rounds bring more animals with different habitat requirements. The more animals your planet has, the more points you get. Each player also has a secret assignment to collect the most of a given habitat. 

MY THOUGHTS

an instant hit with friends and our children, Planet is a beautiful and imaginative game that puts the power of creation literally into your hands. The game is different every time, but one of the little things that I really love is that the setup isn’t any different for 2 players than it is for 4. You don’t have to go searching through the rulebook for the two-player variant. There is none. That makes it so easy to take it out and immediately start playing
