OVERVIEW
in Pyramid Poker, each player takes 15 face-down tiles. Taking turns they build a single pyramid, with their tiles facing them and opponents facing away. When the pyramid is complete, players remove the tiles and each build 3 competing poker hands. They can take tiles visible to them or take a risk by taking one they can’t see (they view before placing it in a hand).
MY THOUGHTS
I never win this game when playing with my wife. I don’t know how she does it, but she always takes the exact tiles I want (she’s not afraid to take risks). That being said, I always love playing it because it’s quick and easy. And in the last picture here, you see I’m playing with my oldest daughter. I barely squeaked out a win against her.
RECOMMEND?
Sure do! It’s in my top three favorite two-player games.
